CEO

Before applying to the Alfa Capital CEO position Mikhail Khabarov headed Allianz ROSNO Asset Management company. Before that he worked at the position of CFO and CEO First Deputy of “ROSNO” Insurance Company.

Mikhail Khabarov has graduated from Moscow Institute for Steel and Alloys in 1993, High commercial school of Ministry for External Economic Affairs in 1994 and Pepperdine University (California, USA) in 2001 (MBA, Financial Management).

ALEXEY TUHKUR
CEO First Deputy

Before joining Alfa Capital Alexey Tuhkur supervised Risk and Research department at the position of CEO First Deputy of Allianz ROSNO Asset Management company in period 2004-2006, earlier he headed Portfolio Management Department of “ROSNO” Insurance Company.

Alexey Tuhkur graduated from Moscow physics and techniques institute (applied mathematics and physics department) and magistracy of Economic department of Moscow State University in 2000. In 2001 he graduated from ISA at HEC (MBA, Paris, France). He has professional Federal Commission for Security Markets (FCSM) certificates of 1.0 and 5.0. grade.

ALEXANDER GONCHARENKO
CFO and CEO Deputy

Before joining Alfa Capital Alexander Goncharenko worked as Allianz ROSNO Asset Management company CFO in period 2004-2006, earlier he headed Economics Department of “ROSNO” Insurance Company.

Alexander graduated from Military space engineering Academy named after Mozhaisky (engineer-mathematician) in 1993 and Kennedy Western University in 2000 (MBA, Financial Management). Mr. Goncharenko is a candidate of technical science and has professional FSCM certificates of 1.0 and 5.0. grade.

IRINA KRIVOSHEEVA
CEO Deputy, Chief Operation Officer

In period 2000-2004 Ms.Krivosheeva worked in “Deutscher Investment Trust” company in Moscow, starting from 2002 she headed company as CEO. Irina Krivosheeva moved to Alfa Capital from the CEO First Deputy position of Allianz ROSNO Asset Management company been occupied in period 2004-2006.

Irina Krivosheeva has graduated with honors from Finance Academy for RF Government (department of international economic relations), University of Eichschtadt (Germany). Ms. Krivosheeva is a candidate if economic science. She has FSCM certificates of 1.0, 3.0 and 5.0. grade.

ILYA KHAIKIN
CEO Deputy, Head of Marketing, PR and business development department

Before his start at Alfa Capital Ilya Khaikin supervised marketing and PR department of Allianz ROSNO Asset Management company. In period 2002—2004 he worked as Marketing Communications Director of “Zerich” Financial Group.

He graduated from Moscow State Pedagogic University (Psychology department) named after Lenin in 1989.

VALERY USHAKOV
CEO Deputy, Head of Alfa Corporate Center

Valery Ushakov was born 1951 in Nizhny Tagil town located in Sverdlovsky region of Russia. In 1973 he graduated from Urals State University (Philosophy faculty). Mr. Ushakov is a candidate of philosophy science.

Before joining Alfa Capital Valery Ushakov worked at the position of CEO Deputy “ROSNO” Insurance Company and supervised Urals regional directorate, later being in-charge for relationship management with state authorities and professional unions.
